The casks themselves are from France, USA, New Zealand and Japan, helping to create deep and complex flavours. In order to make the most of its characteristics, this whisky wasn't chill filtered and has natural colour. The casks used mature the Whisky on its lees, which is very much part of the flavour profile of this bottling. ONLY 11800 BOTTLES.
