Then decided what length I wanted the dress to be and measured and chopped the excess fabric from the middle of the dress which not only allowed me to keep that fabulous graphic on the bottom of the skirt completely intact but also removed that ratty original waist seam, hooray
My only complaint is there is un intentional puckering along the placket which makes the fit of the bodice a bit off, but other than that, I'm very happy
