It is quite beautiful and wearing it with or without the vest changes the look and feel of it dramatically

An extravagant ruffle runs down the front and it ties just under that ruffle so the line is not broken

It closes with fabric covered snaps under the back waist and silk covered buttons down the back

The Halston sequin cloche was a mainstay of the Studio 54 set. Bianca Jagger famously wore a red beret version but this one is the more fitted cap design. It is made of a stretch lurex knit upon which hundreds of glossy black sequins are fixed. It will stretch to fit most sizes and is a fabulous finish to any outfit. These are super hard to find so is a real little treasure. Excellent condition
